What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can support multilingual healthcare outcomes while owning customer relationships, improving processes, and using data/reporting to drive operational efficiency and clear communication across teams.

I’m a multilingual public health professional with fluency in Spanish and French, experienced in HIPAA compliance, accurate data entry, documentation, and healthcare IT data streams. I bring a customer-centered mindset and strong organization to every setting I support.

As a Qualified Medical Interpreter - Spanish (since 01/2024), I provide in-person and virtual medical interpreting across cardiology, oncology, outpatient rehabilitation, behavioral health, detox, and primary care in consecutive & simultaneous interpreting modes. I’ve been interpreting during 12-hour shifts at INOVA Fairfax Hospital Emergency Room, averaging about 10 sessions per shift.

Previously, I served as a Customer Account Manager at Manifest MedEx, managing 400+ customer accounts for ambulatories, hospitals, IPAs, ACOs, medical groups, and health systems throughout California. I singlehandedly built a data dictionary of 100+ terms and a sortable map of 2,000+ network participants across all 58 counties, and I revamped recurring reports using custom-built Excel formulas.

I also lead and investigate in public health contexts: I led Fairfax County’s COVID-19 Contact Tracing Region 6 case interviewer team of 28, trained interviewers, and developed guidance tools in English, Spanish, and French. Earlier, I supported immigrant survivors through comprehensive needs assessments, safety screenings, and grant-funded program tracking, and I advanced into interim program management for training, supervision, and grant deliverables.
