Supported Spanish translation for COVID-19 prepared responses and managed prepared response requests through PRMS and Create-It. Updated and tracked response formats, resources, reading grade levels (Flesch-Kincaid), and content review updates, including organizing emails and meeting notes for CDC-INFO.

Provided high-quality interpretation for limited English-speaking patients and families in relation to medical care. Educated individuals and provider/staff on culturally specific values, beliefs, and practices relevant to encounters while maintaining a professional customer service approach.

Developed and instructed a public health principles course for students aged 13–17. Guided students on educational materials and public service announcements for a student-organized health fair and advised them on public health college and career opportunities.

Created standard operating procedures using a template and plain language for a reintegration manual. Analyzed and revised emergency response coordinator policy and synthesized website content for an emergency response human resource toolkit.
