I am a bilingual Spanish-English communication professional specializing in medical interpreting, cross-cultural mediation, and high-stress communication. I bring experience supervising teams, training staff, and delivering accurate, confidential messaging in clinical and customer-facing settings.

My background includes supervisory work in high-volume retail, sales engineering with remote technical communication, and service as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps where I led small teams under pressure. I emphasize HIPAA and confidentiality compliance, ethics in medical interpretation, and message accuracy.

I have completed interpreter-related training (MasterWord Institute; Castillo Language Services) and certifications in medical interpreter ethics and HIPAA for medical interpreters.
