At Businessmap, I lead and develop the Customer Success team serving the company’s largest enterprise accounts. I manage 50 relationships, including Fortune 50 organizations and deployments with thousands of users, while maintaining 100% quarterly KPI attainment.

I coordinate Product, Support, Sales, and customer stakeholders around complex initiatives, turning business needs into clear priorities, actions, and measurable value. I’ve delivered approximately 5.4%–7.2% quarterly net recurring revenue growth and personally drove Equinor to a 3,000-user, three-year enterprise agreement.

I bring more than 10 years across enterprise SaaS and global technology environments, including customer success at Abalta Technologies and six years supporting Google’s cloud productivity ecosystem at Sutherland. My work combines technical troubleshooting, consultative selling, cloud-product knowledge, and practical Agile delivery.

I enjoy coaching leaders on Kanban, Scrum, workflow design, prioritization, and continuous improvement to connect strategic objectives with execution.
