I’m a senior technology leader and Principal Cloud Site Reliability Engineer with 25 years of experience modernizing complex environments across cloud operations, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, governance, metadata, and enterprise applications. I’m known for quickly mastering unfamiliar systems and improving reliability, collaboration, and compliance with minimal direction.
In my current role, I ensure stability, reliability, and performance of cloud SaaS services for customers 24/7 by collaborating with SRE, application, product, network, database, security, and customer care teams. I monitor for performance issues and anomalies, document architectures and operational processes, and drive automation to reduce manual work. I also perform database administration tasks in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server and maintain security and compliance by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.
