In my current role, I manage material and procurement plans for assigned product groups, track the flow of goods from export to bonded warehouses, and maintain integrity of key data across Product Lifecycle, NPI, and Promotions. I’m directly responsible for Delivery Service Level and Inventory Turnover—optimizing costs while mitigating supply chain risks.
I strengthen planning with demand forecasting and analytics: compiling and verifying sales forecasts, monitoring SKU performance to spot slow-selling items, and supporting out/discontinuation plans. I optimize material planning parameters like Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and MOQ, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or surpluses.
I also improve systems and automation—standardizing purchasing processes and building automated weekly SAP reports using VBA/Macro to minimize manual workload. Key results include boosting availability rate for critical items from 60% to 80% within 30 days (SAP-Odoo) and achieving 97% for all SKUs, alongside implementing full-cycle order management and logistics documentation to ensure operational accuracy.
