I’m seeking a challenging role where I can use my customer support experience to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to organizational success.

At Tech Mahindra, I progressed from Customer Support Executive to Senior Customer Support Executive / Supervisor (Helpline).

As a Customer Support Executive, I handled customer queries by phone, resolved complaints, and maintained records of interactions and follow-ups.

In the supervisory role, I managed customer support operations, handled manager escalation calls, and supported team members with complex queries.

I also acted as Floor Support for two batches, mentoring and assisting new joiners while helping improve team productivity and service quality.
