What I'm looking for
I’m an Italian speaking call agent in market research and a hospitality professional focused on great service and reliable results. I bring a hands-on “cucina Toscana e Mediterranea” mindset, plus strong English for front-of-house and guest communication.
In my latest role as Italian speaking call agent tasked with conducting market research on behalf of clients, I’ve strengthened my attention to detail and professional follow-through. In parallel, my kitchen experience covers complete shift coverage, with “Preparazione e servizio colazione, pranzo e cena” in a 4* Superior Resort and “gestione di inventario ed approvigionamento prodotti freschi.”
I create and improve menus through “Creazione di nuove ricette innovative” and “redazione menù,” including Tapas Bar style service.
