At Jet Stream International, I support HR operations for approximately 175 employees across manufacturing and distribution locations. I work with employees, supervisors, and managers on employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and HRIS administration.
I improved the new-hire onboarding process, reducing the administrative time required, and created tracking systems and automated workflows for onboarding, training, employee documentation, and HR projects. I also helped implement and continue to support administration of the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
Earlier, at Teleperformance USA, I recruited and trained employees in a high-volume environment, including virtual classes through Microsoft Teams. At Intermountain Staffing, I managed branch staffing and recruiting operations and coordinated placements with local client companies.
