I am an HR professional with extensive hands-on experience managing payroll, staffing and employee relations across high-volume operations.

In my current role I process payroll for over 300 employees, conduct audits, reconcile payroll accounts, manage timekeeping systems, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. I routinely resolve payroll discrepancies, process off-cycle payments, and onboard new hires into payroll and benefits systems.

I have led recruiting and staffing teams, improved operational efficiencies through process improvements and filing systems, reduced workers' compensation claims with return-to-work initiatives, and developed training and orientation materials; I hold a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credential.
