At Expereo, I support SAP SuccessFactors across Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, and Compensation. I manage compensation cycles, data validation, organizational updates, data imports, mass updates, and system data integrity.

I create Story Reports and support HR analytics, user provisioning, and authorizations across production and test environments. I work as a bridge between HR and IT to improve system efficiency and keep processes running smoothly.

Previously at the International Criminal Court, I supported payroll, staff entitlements, personnel changes, contracts, benefits, allowances, and off-cycle payments in SAP. I also prepared Special Services Agreements and purchase orders while ensuring payroll calculations and payslip accuracy met deadlines.

My earlier work includes SAP Ariba administration at Zimmer Biomet and geographic data validation for mapping applications at AND Products B.V. I'm passionate about process improvement, data accuracy, and enabling HR teams through system training and optimization.
