At Publicis Groupe, I lead end-to-end UX for Sebrae’s platform across 27 Brazilian state portals, from discovery and flows through UI design, QA, and design system maintenance. I also manage content architecture in Adobe Experience Manager, aligning editors, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders across states.
At Deskfy, I redesigned search and filters to reduce asset search time by 69%, and improved analytics adoption from 13% to 41% through usability improvements and an onboarding redesign. Earlier, I designed urban mobility solutions at Mobicity, where an iterative redesign cut the ride-request flow from 30 seconds to 12.
