I joined BrainStation to open up their first campus, which progressed to also opening up an office reporting into the CEO.

I joined LNDR to help with their operations in the UK creating it more streamlined and being in charge of the customer success ensuring a return of consumers and growth within the business.

In this role I forecasted and leveraged market research to identify strategic product opportunities, researched and developed strategies to drive innovation and growth, set up window and in-store displays to maximise sales and engage customers building relationships through product knowledge.

I accelerated customer acquisition through innovative strategies, boosted engagement in underperforming stores with impactful promotional
initiatives, developed and monitored ambassador programmes to maximise reach and supervising the store with manager duties of cashing up and report filling. Reporting into the VP of Retail.

I worked alongside and reporting into CEO Alex Longmore, facilitated client and partner relationships, coordinated photoshoots, sets and necessary run items, participated in photoshoots/advertising operations and diary management.

I reported into two of the founders and CEO, attended buying meetings and photoshoots, visited factories and studios to QC product, liaise and style high net-worth clients by appointment only and during press events in the studies, coordinating Chamber of Commerce to obtain export documents and producing Press packs, Line sheets, Invoices and Barcodes.
