I've supported global organizations including Google, Wells Fargo, and McKinsey & Company through business analysis, operational reporting, and process improvement.

At Evalueserve, I built reusable Power BI reporting for complex operational and customer data, owned KPI reporting across 11 Wealth & Investment Management programs, and proposed an LDA/NLP model that transformed thousands of Wells Fargo customer complaints into actionable themes. I was also selected to coordinate a year-long, cross-regional thought leadership initiative with AVPs and VPs across multiple lines of business.

More recently, I built YOM's operational documentation and SOP structure in Notion, consolidated account-health data into leadership dashboards, and introduced automated alerting across the customer portfolio. My Wells Fargo ETL automation reduced weekly processing time by 70%, while an AI-powered operational console for YOM was designed to cut response time by 95%.

I'm now working independently on practical operational systems, dashboards, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, and Google Workspace to reduce repetitive administrative work and bring structure to ambiguous business needs.
