At Pronto Copec, I led productivity analysis across transactions and FTE, created weekly strategic reports and monthly dashboards, and helped implement the Operational Tactics Planner to improve shift management and traceability. I also co-led the Flexit initiative to stabilize productivity during peak hours while maintaining operational quality.

At GISERCORP, I contributed to consulting work for the Anglo American Quellaveco Mining Project, analyzing large operational datasets across production, logistics, and service continuity. Using Python and Power BI, I built reporting solutions for Finance, Marketing, Production, HSEQ, Nutrition, and Gastronomy, helping deliver a 15% increase in service efficiency and a 10% improvement in customer satisfaction.

I'm completing a Business Administration and Commercial Engineering degree and have strengthened my analytics foundation through Data Science training. My experience in Chile and Peru gives me a broad perspective on economic, commercial, and strategic challenges.
