What I'm looking for
I’m an operations and scheduling professional who keeps healthcare processes running smoothly across credentialing, scheduling, and compliance. I partner with leadership to drive efficient daily execution and ensure every step is accurate, confidential, and audit-ready.
I’ve led Vendor Management System (VMS) monthly invoice processing end-to-end—creating and submitting invoices, supporting month-end accounting and reconciliation, and tracking clinician and physician timesheets. I also maintain precise assignment and provider/facility data within Salesforce and Bullhorn CRM to ensure agreements and records are correct before placements begin.
I manage onboarding and readiness for clinicians and physicians, coordinating paperwork, credentialing documentation, and travel logistics while overseeing scheduling and shift coordination for 10+ client accounts. I prepare and distribute assignment confirmations and manage contract documentation between providers and facilities to keep everyone aligned and fully executed on time.
I also bring strong cross-functional change experience from implementing multiple new technology platforms, including system testing, process redesign, and team training for adoption. Earlier in my career, I strengthened operational leadership through retail assistant/associate management and supported structured classroom environments as a substitute and long-term substitute teacher.
