Currently, I serve as a Fire Communications Officer at the Bossier City Fire Department, where I respond to emergencies, administer CPR, and work as part of a team to perform rescue operations. My previous role as a Helpline Specialist with the Louisiana Association On Compulsive Gambling honed my abilities in crisis management and suicide prevention, allowing me to develop strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to support.
