What I'm looking for
I’m a compassionate, motivated professional with experience in customer service, mental health support, childcare, and healthcare assistance. I’m currently studying Substance Use Counseling through the ACT Program at High Point and I’m certified in CPI Crisis Counseling, Mental Health First Aid, and CPR.
As a Mental Health Chat Associate / Crisis Intervention Specialist, I provided professional customer support and crisis intervention services remotely. I managed health insurance authorizations, maintained accurate EHR documentation, and prioritized tasks using secure digital systems and CRM platforms—always delivering compassionate communication and problem-solving support to clients.
Before that, I strengthened my client-centered, administrative, and care skills through roles in retail, legal intake, and direct care. I’ve supported preschool-aged children as a Daycare Assistant, handled scheduling and intake coordination as an Office Administrator / Legal Intake, and provided daily living support as a Home Health Aide, building calm, reliable communication across high-stakes situations.
