Hola! Hello! I'm a bilingual advertising professional with a voracious appetite for knowledge who aspires to change the world through innovative, socially conscious campaigns carried out via creative advertising strategy,digital marketing and/or sales. My passion is to help bring representation to Latinos and internationals from all over the Caribbean in the field of advertising. My career has given me the opportunity to work internationally and domestically in various areas of sales, marketing, and advertising. I got my start at ATono Publicidad in Dominican Republic where I was a content writer and editor. Later I started my own marketing and advertising agency called The Espinal Agency where I helped small companies advising them through their communicational issues. Then I moved to the states and I ran some sales quotas for Macy's mens luxury Fragrance division in Town Center Boca Raton, Florida. I used it as a launching point to bring on new clients like Coworx staffing.

In the near past I also worked as the Assistant Manager for Reflections in Boca Raton, Florida where I specialized performing all the administrative duties related to on-site sales, marketing functions to increase on-foot traffic to maximize sales and follow up with warm leads to secure tour appointments. I also shopped around other competition properties to make SWOT analysis and suggest changes to the property manager. I prepared holiday promotional material, analyzed KPIs from digital pages and suggest changes to maximize call results, show apartments and driving them in golf cars around the property,filing documents on file room,filling and submitting, following up maintenance work orders for current residents using ResMan, provide excellent resident customer service and any property concern, supervising the access of people in the property club house pool area and verifying they were residents and finally keyholder duties. My most recent continue- education is certification from Boot Camp Institute's Digital Marketing Master Certification , which included Digital Marketing Strategy, Measurement and Analytics, Website, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and Social Media Strategy.
