What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic partnerships, complex technology programs, and international operations where I can connect business, customer, and engineering teams to drive measurable growth and operational improvements.

At Haystack News, I manage 15 publishing partnerships and 400+ channels generating more than $10M in annual revenue. I also lead delivery for a licensed Connected TV application for the company’s largest strategic customer across Roku, LG, Samsung, Google TV, and Apple tvOS.

I’ve renegotiated core vendor agreements to reduce technology spending by 32% and generate more than $250K in annual recurring savings. I established Haystack’s Lima operation, lead local operations for a 15-person office, and built a cross-border recruiting function that supported 15+ hires across Peru and the United States.

Previously, I led agile software delivery for enterprise clients at Canvia and helped scale Tecla’s Peru organization from two employees to 25. I build practical automation tools with Python, Streamlit, SQL, APIs, and AI development tools to replace manual workflows and help teams move faster.
