What I'm looking for

I'm looking to connect with opportunities in team leadership, project management, and customer success, where I can lead client-facing CRM and AI automation delivery, translate business needs into scalable systems, and grow team impact.

I'm a Computer Science student in my final year, with hands on experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Customer Success. I own client relationships end to end, from discovery through delivery, for clients across multiple countries and industries.

In my current role, I lead a team building custom CRM systems and AI driven automation workflows, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking deliverables and milestones, and keeping multi account delivery on schedule, fully in English and fully autonomous.

My background combines project management discipline (sprint planning, risk identification, deliverable tracking) with strong client facing skills (discovery, onboarding, training, relationship management), plus a builder's mindset around CRM architecture and process design. I use AI tools daily to work faster and stay organized, and I'm always looking for ways to make systems and teams run smoother.

Outside of work, I'm interested in web development, UX/UI design, and finding practical ways technology can solve real business problems.
