I manage a portfolio of 40 AI automation and CRM accounts end to end: discovery, demos, proposals, delivery, and account growth. I’ve delivered 16 implementations on monday.com and HubSpot and generated $46K+ in expansion revenue at a ~67% close rate, with 9 of 16 upsell clients buying again.
I lead a team of five. Since we took over the accounts, average billable hours per account grew from ~20 to 80–120. I also run performance reviews, plan sprints, and handle UAT and sign-off with clients.
Before that, as an AI Automation Consultant, I built CRM solutions with dashboards, automations, and integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, JustCall, Gmail). One of them cut a client’s meeting action-item processing from three hours to two minutes.
I work daily in English with international clients and I’m finishing my BSc in Computer Science. I enjoy roles that combine client relationships with systems thinking.
