At XM, I provide L2/L3 support for more than 3,000 users and endpoints, administer identity and collaboration platforms, and support secure access and user lifecycle processes.
I built custom Lansweeper audit reports and tools with Google AI Studio to collect audit data and generate reports, reducing audit preparation from days to hours. I also develop automation with PowerShell and Python and create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for IT automation, audits, and compliance.
Before my current role, I administered trading platforms and enterprise IT environments at XM, then supported infrastructure and business operations at Cosmos Tobacco Trading LTD. Earlier, I provided IT support at European University Cyprus.
On my personal projects, I independently designed and built MySeatingPlan, a full-stack wedding seating planner. I'm also developing PartyHub, a real-time multiplayer games platform with six playable games and automated tests across its game engine and real-time layer.
