What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or system administration role where I can manage Microsoft 365, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, support end users, and continue growing my technical skills.

I'm currently supporting daily IT operations at Galatariotis Brother’s Group Of Companies, providing hardware and software support, resolving network issues, and managing IT systems and equipment.

I've also handled helpdesk requests at M.S Security Group, administering Microsoft 365 users, permissions, access control, email, Outlook, Office 365, and user environments.

My background includes technical sales support and customer service in telecommunications, and I hold a Computer & Network Technology qualification from Cyprus College.
