I’m looking for a role where I can own complex incidents end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, and keep services resilient. I want clear service-continuity expectations, strong documentation/knowledge sharing, and opportunities to explore new tools and technologies.

I’m an IT Support Engineer with 8 years of experience in Application Support and IT Service Management, focused on problem solving, stakeholder management, and service continuity. I’m comfortable coordinating with engineering and other teams across distributed environments, and I stay hands-on with investigation, root cause identification, and resolution.

In my most recent L3 role, I took ownership of the most complex technical issues—qualifying/replicating defects in customer environments using logs across UAT and PROD, tracking platform performance, and leading knowledge transfers across support levels. Previously, as an Application Manager, I owned the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services, coordinated high-priority production incidents, managed integrations, executed application retirements, and led a team of six while strengthening governance, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance outcomes.
