What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or relocation opportunities where I can deliver technical support, troubleshoot Windows and network environments, support users, and continue growing across systems administration and software development.

At Bahçeşehir Cyprus University, I provide frontline technical support for students and staff, resolving hardware, software, Windows, application, and connectivity issues.

I maintain laboratory systems, perform OS installations and repairs, support Windows Server and Active Directory environments, and diagnose TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity problems. I also guide users through issues, document resolutions, and support onboarding and digital learning platforms.

Alongside IT support, I build full-stack and mobile products including VT Stock Management, UniRoute Bus Tracking, and a Café Queue Management System using Next.js, TypeScript, Flutter, Firebase, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and APIs.
