At Softo, I implemented a multi-tenant LLM gateway with per-customer API keys, usage governance, cost observability, and fallback. I also worked on Revla’s conversation-audit pipeline, integrating Zendesk tickets and migrating orchestration from AWS Glue to AWS Step Functions.
On Revla, I integrated RAG with PostgreSQL metadata and OpenSearch vector search. I led a fullstack platform restructure, moving the backend from Python serverless services to NestJS and the frontend from Vue.js to React.
At Idiomus, I led the technical development of Teacher Poli, a virtual language teacher whose content was entirely generated by OpenAI LLMs. I developed its Input module, including LLM-generated text, audio, and questions, and introduced automated frontend and backend tests.
At Fretebras (Deal Technologies), I redesigned the password-recovery flow to eliminate account-takeover vulnerabilities and developed Go services connecting a WhatsApp chatbot to internal systems. Across my work, I’ve built APIs and data pipelines with PHP, TypeScript, Python, and Go, and completed postgraduate study in Information Security.
