Designed and implemented an MCP + RAG conversational ERP assistant in Frappe that lets users execute orders, inventory, accounting entries, and reports via tool calling. Built the GCP cloud foundation with Terraform/GitOps and added Prometheus + Grafana observability for auditable operations.

Built the telecom customer experience from scratch in Go, delivering user portal, company website, and workflows for enrollment, SIM/line activation, and plan lifecycle management. Led Kubernetes microservices with Terraform/ArgoCD and Grafana observability, and integrated Telgoo to manage mobile subscriber data.
