I built a conversational LLM agent that let users create and modify complex metrics through natural language, using specialized tools and deterministic validation.
I also designed a retrieval-based workflow that organized customer data into structured JSON containers and contextual chunks, helping the LLM recommend label names and filters. The retrieval solution received internal recognition for its impact.
At Estoca, I contributed to a customer portal built with a microservices architecture and implemented multi-tenant subdomain routing for a high-scale client. I also built integrations with ERPs and shipping providers and worked on asynchronous data processing and production issues.
