At ITFácil, I work across multi-tenant B2B SaaS products for IT service management and application security. I expanded PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, closed IDOR vulnerabilities, and added regression tests to address cross-tenant data leakage.
I also restored reliability in distributed components with PostgreSQL Advisory Locks, transactional synchronization, cross-worker cancellation, and idempotent resource creation. Across six consecutive releases, I identified and fixed more than 60 production issues.
At Positivo Tecnologia, I developed an automated benchmark for RAG and LangGraph architectures, improving accuracy from 95.60% to 96.49% and reducing response latency from 7.8 seconds to 4.2 seconds. I also implemented a RAG system that connected technical documentation with LLM assistants for equipment diagnostics.
At VerdeCard / Quero Quero, I worked on the QQPag financial ecosystem, implementing customer journeys across Flutter, NestJS, and Oracle. I also built asynchronous processing for exports exceeding 200,000 records and helped restore critical financial-app journeys.
