What I'm looking for
I’m a commercial growth leader who builds and operates the entire revenue engine for founder-led B2B software. I turn scattered founder-led selling into one coordinated system—AI-driven outbound infrastructure, LinkedIn distribution, CRM and RevOps discipline, sales recruitment and ramp, and market-entry execution.
As Head of Sales / Commercial Growth Lead at primaTime, I built the commercial engine from the ground up. I launched an AI-driven outbound machine with ICP-targeted, enriched prospect pools, installed CRM and pipeline discipline, and ran North American market development from recruitment through early go-to-market execution.
I also co-founded Superfresh Cafe and built a full high-touch client lifecycle as a Founder & Certified Instructor for Ice Dragon Training. Across roles, my strength is building the commercial operating system—not just carrying a quota—so companies can move fast with real budget and clear accountability.
