At Litera, I lead global Learning & Enablement and Product Enablement across more than 30 products, growing the function from four direct reports to a 10-person team. I build AI-based certification agents and use Guidde, Synthesia, Hone, and Articulate AI to speed learning-content creation.
I launched Litera’s Time-to-Value program, using ramp data to identify roles exceeding a 60-day ramp time against a 45-day target and direct investment toward closing the gap. I’ve also led global onboarding redesign, LMS implementation, acquisition integration, and more than 30 function-specific onboarding bootcamps.
Previously, I led firm-wide L&D at Faegre Drinker and developed eLearning solutions and LMS programs at Duane Morris. Across my work, I connect learning strategy, leadership development, performance improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
