Building early-stage AI ventures from concept to working product, including MVP development, AI architecture, product workflows, technical validation, and prototype-to-production execution. This work included the pre-launch development of Solunas AI, where I now serve as Co-Founder & CTO.

Deployed a model-driven contract-analysis workflow across 11,500+ files for due-diligence on multi-million-dollar acquisitions.
Built the Acquisitions Decision Tool UI, pulling the contract analyzer, vendor analysis, a compliance dashboard, and an LLM testing module into a single decisioning surface the COO team used for financial and commercial calls.

Implemented RAG/GraphRAG with vector DBs.
Did hands-on prompt design and LLM prototyping, built agentic workflows in LangChain/LangGraph, and prototyped multi-agent systems with CrewAI, Swarm, and MCP; contributed a few OSS components.
Cloned complex enterprise apps and shipped a new AI feature every week.

Led the optimization of a province-wide database that served as a shared source of truth across 250+ hospitals and coordinated a wide set of technical and operational stakeholders.
Owned Ontario’s first French Language Health Services strategic plan from start to finish and built 30+ stakeholder relationships to line up goals and roadmap.

Redesigned the hospital’s integrated operating plan and built an OKR-based performance-tracking system, which aligned the organization to its core strategic objectives and improved operational efficiency.
Expanded the PMO by 30% and improved project completion times by 20% through performance reviews, coaching, and resource planning.
