What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a founder-minded CTO role where I can build AI-first products, enforce ISO/SOC governance, optimize cloud costs, and drive measurable EBITDA growth with global teams.

I’m a strategic CTO with 18+ years of experience building scalable technology for early-stage startups and global enterprises. I bridge cutting-edge engineering with aggressive EBITDA growth so technical innovation delivers clear ROI, not just novelty. I’ve led multi-million Euro P&L ownership and global teams of 110+ to deliver mission-critical digital services for brands including Amazon, Meta, and Siemens.

I specialize in turning technology strategy into outcomes: orchestrating product and platform roadmaps, executing exits, and institutionalizing technical excellence through cost-efficient cloud optimization and rigorous governance. My work includes ISO27001 and SOC 2 accreditation, GDPR-aligned practices, and security & compliance leadership that reduces risk without slowing delivery. I’m a founders-mentality executive focused on leveraging technology for product-led growth and scalable enterprise value.

Most recently as Co-Founder & CTO at Nexus, I led the technical vision for an AI-first healthcare platform designed to outperform general-purpose LLMs. I orchestrated an architectural transformation from a native SwiftUI codebase to a platform-agnostic PERN stack, engineered a secure data gateway with scalable data lakes/warehouses, and built an ethical RAG system using time-bounded contextual user data. I also established regulatory governance (GDPR and HIPAA) while steering technical activities toward Class I/II medical device certifications.

At Carma/mmi Analytics, I was brought in to turn around a £2m turnover media analytics business and delivered a successful acquisition to a $131m turnover organization in just 17 months. I executed a technology strategy aligned with CEO/board goals, implemented lean but high-performing engineering practices, increased market share by 30% within 18 months, and realized ~27% operational efficiencies through DevOps and data flow improvements. Earlier leadership roles also included scaling operations and IT infrastructure, rebuilding teams through cultural turnaround programs, and driving analytics and service excellence from concept to profitable growth.
