I'm looking to support reliable digital systems through IT consulting, technical support, infrastructure, and user-focused technology implementation.

I'm currently supporting users at North East Regional Health Authority as an IT Help Desk Officer, resolving hardware, software, access, password, and system-navigation issues to minimize downtime.

Previously, I consulted for the Authority to improve system performance, reliability, workflows, and security across client environments. I worked with users and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and align systems with operational needs.
