I’m looking for a role where I can deliver reliable IT support, strengthen network uptime, and contribute through web development and data analysis—using proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

I’m a solutions-driven IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience delivering comprehensive end-user support and managing secure systems across different platforms. I focus on proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and keeping IT infrastructure running reliably—through desktop/laptop support, network support, records management, and system maintenance.

Alongside support work, I bring a strong web development and data-analytic mindset. I’ve led the design of a company website (full stack developer) and managed web systems, supported printing and peripherals, configured hardware and software, and handled helpdesk issues via email. Previously, I worked as an IT Consultant at a secondary school—maintaining devices, configuring systems, updating student databases, ensuring internet availability, and supporting the effective use of IT in school—while also developing data cleaning/validation and analysis skills using tools like Excel and SPSS.
