What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can apply hands-on IT support and network troubleshooting, grow technical skills, work collaboratively, and contribute to operational improvements in a forward-thinking organization.

I am a motivated, tech-savvy IT professional with a BSc (Honours) in Information Systems and practical experience supporting IT systems and infrastructure. Over a year as an IT Officer Intern I installed and configured hardware and software, maintained networks and printers, and provided user support for Windows, Microsoft Office, email clients and business applications.

I demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective teamwork and time management, and a passion for learning new technologies. I am eager to contribute my troubleshooting, basic network diagnostics and technical-support experience to drive IT innovation in a forward-thinking organization.
