I'm looking to build scalable people operations, inclusive hiring, and employee experiences while partnering closely with leaders to strengthen culture, equity, compliance, and hybrid work practices.

At The Asian American Foundation, I serve as the primary People Operations partner for a 40+ employee organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle through HR programs, culture initiatives, and internal communications.

I helped build TAAF's first HR team and established scalable people operations, foundational policies, compliant benefits administration, and inclusive recruitment workflows. I also design performance management cycles, engagement surveys, onboarding, and professional learning experiences.

I lead retreats, learning convenings, hybrid-work planning, and culture committee work that embeds DEI and equity into daily people practices. Previously, I supported executive operations at TAAF and OnDeck Capital, managing complex calendars, travel, contracts, workplace safety, and return-to-office operations.
