At Hibbett Sports, I delivered strong customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and styling while driving sales through upselling and promotions. I also supported multiple departments by stocking, maintaining store organization, and ensuring the sales floor stayed clean and well-merchandised.

I operated POS systems, handled cash/card transactions, and maintained accurate cash drawer balances. I took pride in resolving customer issues efficiently and staying reliable during rushes and high-pressure moments.
