In my most recent role as a Debt Collection Agent (2024 - 2025), I recovered outstanding rent from tenants by communicating professionally, negotiating payment plans, and consistently following up. I maintained accurate records and handled challenging situations calmly.

Previously, as a Sales Consultant (2022 - 2024) at New Gold Active Fitness, I handled client interactions, generated leads, and drove membership sales through calls and in-person engagement. I built strong relationships and consistently achieved sales targets.
