I'm looking for opportunities to deliver enterprise IT support, strengthen infrastructure reliability, and apply cloud and DevOps automation across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.

I've delivered frontline IT support for Diageo and Guinness Cameroon through Tricon/Alviva Services, supporting IBM, TCS, and Wipro environments. I resolved 95% of up to 14 daily support requests on first contact while maintaining SLA compliance through ServiceNow.
