I am a dedicated customer service and patient engagement professional with experience in healthcare, hospitality, and administrative support. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills while working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

As a Patient Engagement Specialist, I managed high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assisted patients with appointments and healthcare services, maintained accurate records, and ensured every interaction was handled with empathy and professionalism. My experience as a receptionist further strengthened my ability to manage customer inquiries, coordinate daily operations, and deliver exceptional service. I also gained valuable administrative experience as a Documentation Assistant, where I handled confidential documents and supported customers with various service requests.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery and have a strong interest in healthcare, patient advocacy, customer experience, and professional development.
