My name is Neville Mulamba, and I am a dedicated customer service professional with a strong background in retail and food safety. I have honed my skills through various roles, including working in the meat department at Hy-Vee, where I engaged with customers to understand their preferences and provided tailored recommendations. My experience as a cashier at Walmart allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills while assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues they encountered.

In addition to my retail experience, I have a passion for construction and leadership, demonstrated through my involvement in the APEX Construction Leadership program. This opportunity allowed me to collaborate with professionals in the field, learn about safe tool operation, and apply my skills in planning and building projects.
