I'm looking to scale recruitment in high-growth startup or scale-up environments, partnering with leaders to build strong global talent pipelines through data-driven processes, innovative sourcing, and AI-assisted recruitment tools.

I've led international hiring for CareerAgents, ZipTalents, Hadron Finsys Agency, and Serendi Consulting Agency, recruiting across EU, UK, and US markets for tech, product, marketing, and business roles.

I manage full-cycle recruitment from proactive sourcing and candidate assessment through offer negotiation and onboarding. I build passive-candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, niche platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
