I’m a highly motivated, adaptable professional with a strong educational foundation in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree while gaining professional experience in the financial sector.

As a Customer Support Representative at a financial institution in Athens, Greece, I provide professional assistance to clients regarding financial services and inquiries. I manage and resolve customer issues with accuracy while maintaining high service standards, using communication skills to address client needs effectively.

Before that, I worked as a Restaurant Crew Member (Temporary), where I independently took customer orders, prepared food and beverages, and served with accuracy and speed. I managed front-line operations including handling payments, customer inquiries, and issue resolution, delivering high-quality service under pressure with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
