I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical customer support with AI and data-driven process improvements—resolving complex cases, coaching teams, and using insights to deliver consistently high customer satisfaction.

I’m a customer service professional with 3+ years of experience handling complex technical cases, integrating AI tools into daily workflows, and training new team members.
