I’m a Systems Administrator and technical support professional with 2+ years of experience supporting multi-property hospitality environments, large-scale network infrastructure, end users, and business-critical systems. I troubleshoot hardware, software, network, access, and application issues across on-premise and cloud environments, and I’m known for clear user communication and dependable support.

In my current role at Courtleigh Hospitality Group, I support IT operations across multiple properties by installing, configuring, and managing Windows workstations and servers, maintaining network connectivity through UniFi Controllers and monitoring tools, and handling help desk tickets during shifts. I also manage user accounts and permissions with Active Directory, perform security checks using monitoring tools, and support hospitality platforms including Oracle Simphony, Opera PMS, and Kaba systems.
