I've built and led strategic HR functions across multinational, fintech, IT services, microfinance, pharmaceutical, and consulting environments for more than 25 years.
At Maak Microfinance, a subsidiary of Misr Finance, I established the HR division, strategic plan, pay plan, HRIS transformation, annual budget, performance management system, policies, and HR SOPs from scratch.
At One Global, I managed human capital activities across 13 countries in MENA, the US, and Europe. I led strategic planning, compensation, manpower and talent management, succession planning, business continuity, learning and development, and Bahrain Central Bank audit monitoring.
My background also includes HR business partnering at Fujitsu Services Egypt, HR roles at Novartis Consumer Health and KPMG Hazem Hassan Consulting, and HR consulting, headhunting, and outsourcing across multiple sectors.
