Handled customer questions and concerns professionally, resolved service issues promptly, processed payments accurately, and maintained a clean and organized service area. Worked closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods while maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

Responsible for coordinating digital campaigns, monitoring leads and customer interactions, maintaining marketing databases, and using performance insights to improve campaigns and customer engagement.
