What I'm looking for

I’m eager to contribute my customer service and administrative strengths to a professional team and continue developing in a structured front-of-house, administration or customer-service environment.

At Rsec Security Equipment Centre, I welcomed customers, answered enquiries, handled phone calls, and logged customer interactions. I also responded by email and WhatsApp and supported customers with sales decisions.

As a Call Centre Agent on the Belk Campaign at CCI, I handled inbound and outbound calls, addressed complaints and enquiries, and maintained accurate records. At Bishops Diocesan College, I supported textbook and stationery distribution, including inventory control and data entry.

I currently facilitate structured classes for young people at G-Squared Performing Arts Movement, planning sessions and tracking participation. I’m looking to contribute my customer-facing service and administrative experience in a professional, structured environment.
