I’m looking for a fast-paced, customer-first role where I can support clients and teams with excellent inbox and scheduling management, clear communication, and reliable operations—working independently while keeping service quality consistently high.

I’m a reliable, customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and operations management. In my Virtual Assistant role (March 2024 – November 2025), I streamlined scheduling and inbox management, improving workflow efficiency and response time while delivering high-quality support that maintained client satisfaction.

Before that, I managed and supervised hotel operations, including staff organization, invoicing and cash flow management, maintenance oversight, and guest payments, refunds, and service recovery. I also bring strong front-desk experience from my time as a Receptionist, handling check-in/check-out, reservations, room allocations, and guest enquiries with a consistent, positive service standard.
